Booking and Cancellation Policies
- Visa, Mastercard, and American Express accepted
- Credit Card pre-authorization required for reservations
- Prices are in CAD, subject to sales tax, and based on double occupancy
- No refunds for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice
- All tours subject to availability
- 6-person limit per tour
- Tour guests under 16 years of age receive a 25% discount on all tours
- All participants are required to read and sign a full liability waiver
- Please report allergies or health concerns and make special requests at time of booking
- Adventure sport activities are not recommended for individuals who suffer back or neck pain, heart or respiratory distress. Consult your physician prior to participation
Environmental Policies
Whistler Discovery Tours is a "green" company. We aim to minimize our carbon footprint and leave the trails better than we found them. We use only recyclable water bottles and provide organic food whenever possible. Book your adventure with us and rest assured that we care for the environment.
